Meet The friendly team at Mr. Handyman of Anne Arundel and PG County

Barry has been in the construction industry for more than 25 years. He joined the Mr. Handyman team in 2014. and was promoted to Senior Technician in 2019. He enjoys remodeling bathrooms and loves to consult with customers about how they can solve problems and improve their homes. He is also a classic car enthusiast.

Eric has been working in home improvements for more than 20 years. He joined the Mr. Handyman team in 2018. Eric enjoys the feeling he gets when he knows that the customer is satisfied with his work. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar and fishing.

Jamie has more than 20 years of carpentry experience and has wide-range of experience in other trades as well. His joined the Mr. Handyman team in 2017. His background includes both residential remodeling and commercial work. In his free time, he enjoys classic literature and Renaissance Festivals.

Ken is our lead tech and has been with Mr. Handyman since 2005. With more than 35 years of experience in the industry, Ken has years of experience in electrical, plumbing, commercial work and the installation of windows and doors.

Mike has more than 15 years of experience as a handyman. He joined Mr. Handyman in 2021. Mike really enjoys the satisfaction he gets when a customer is happy with the work he has done. He and his family are active in animal rescue, and as a result, he has a house full of pets.

Norm has been doing whole house renovations for more than 30 years. He joined Mr. Handyman in 2021. He finds handyman work rewarding because t gives him a chance to use a wide variety of skills. He enjoys watching football and spending time with his family.

Rodney has been doing this line of work for more than 20 years and began working at Mr. Handyman in 2021. He started as a roofer and moved on to include siding, fascia, soffit and other exterior items. He now includes in his portfolio carpentry, basic electrical and plumbing.

Sean holds a degree in marketing as well as a background as a carpenter. He serves in a dual capacity at Mr. Handyman, coordinating commercial projects in our customer service department as well as working alongside our service technicians in the field. He joined Mr. Handyman in 2020. In his spare time, he likes to golf.

After more than 20 years of managing multiple stores for Safeway, Shannon joined the team at Mr. Handyman as Office Manager in 2017. She is a volunteer with the Kent Island Fire Department. In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy semi-professional competitive drag racing.

Mark has more than 50 years of experience in the home improvement industry. He joined Mr. Handyman in 2016. As project manager, he oversees all major projects and is a technical advisor to the Mr. Handyman staff. He is a proud former Marine Sergeant. He and his wife spend most of their free time spoiling their granddaughter.

Kevin Crysler has owned this Mr. Handyman location since 2010. Previously he served as Assistant Dean of the School of Education at Johns Hopkins and then as a director of development at the Smithsonian. He served for four years as Treasurer of the Better Business Bureau Education Foundation and then for six years as a Board Member of the Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland. He also serves as President of Opus Concert Theatre, where his wife is Artistic Director and on three different condo boards. When they are not working, Kevin and Diana enjoying spending time on the beach in Ocean City.
