Jim Panacek is the proud owner of Mr. Handyman of Blue Bell and Doylestown. With over two years of professional experience in the industry, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. But his passion for handyman work started long before that – he has been tinkering and fixing things since childhood.
Born and raised in Hamilton, New Jersey, Jim is a sports enthusiast who is a lifelong fan of Philadelphia sports teams, including the Phillies, Eagles, and Union. But his greatest joys in life are his family – his wonderful wife Susan and their three fantastic daughters, Ali, Cailin, and Megan.
More About Jim & His Family
As a father, Jim loves watching his daughters pursue their interests, whether it's dance shows and competitions, dancing at college football and basketball games, or playing Division 1 college soccer. He was also a soccer coach for many years for all three of his girls.
Jim and Susan met while working at Deloitte, an accounting firm, where they started their professional careers. Susan later became a full-time mom and is now leading the finance organization for one of the largest youth soccer clubs in the country.
As for Jim, he worked for General Instrument for over 27 years in many capacities – auditor, finance, operations, product management, and sales operations. Ultimately, his career led him to consider owning his own company, and he discovered franchising and Mr. Handyman.
The Panacek family also loves spending their summers at the beach, participating in charitable runs, and donating to local organizations like the SPCA, local churches, and senior centers.
