Marlene is a Broward County, FL native. Marlene is married and a mother of 3 daughters. Marlene is a real people person, a boss in many aspects, dedicated to her job, an outstanding team player, outspoken, has a great heart, does her best to have a positive attitude every day, loves to help others, and works every day to give our customers and clients the best possible experience. Her favorite part of working for Mr. Handyman is having the ability to help others get their issues resolved with the very best customer service experience, timely, and with quality craftsmanship. Marlene’s favorite slogan: SOME days are better than OTHERS.

John had over 16 years in the Customer Service field. He had a Master’s degree in computer science. He retired from the Air Force, and Sony Electronics. He taught college for 10 years. He also repairs computers on the side and loves to work in his yard. H passed on in May 2022 but was one of the founding thought leaders for our family venture, our proverbial people leader.
