Cindy Parks-Talley

Originally from Oklahoma, Cindy has lived in Texas for more than 30 years. Cindy’s father owned a local business that specialized in residential repair, maintenance, and restoration services. As the oldest child she grew up passing her dad tools and learning about the business. After getting her degree in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma, she spent 15 years in manufacturing and distribution. She has been the proud owner of a Mr. Handyman for almost two decades and is passionate about satisfying the needs of residential and commercial customers.

Flora

Bookkeeper/Admin

Flora was born in Taipei, Taiwan and came to the US to study in 1982. She has been living in Dallas with her husband and 3 children for 44 years. Flora enjoys serving god and loves sharing and living out her biblical core values.
Stephen

CSR

Stephen is a customer service expert with over 15 yrs experience. Originally from New York, he has called Texas home for the past 20 years now. He's a father of 1 and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Hobbies include watching movies, playing pool and online gaming.
Melanie

CSR

Melanie has been a wonderful addition to the team where her love for helping people has been able to shine. In her free time Melanie likes to garden and sew. Her dedication to detail has been a wonderful help when it comes to developing the company.

Technician

Pete brings over 40 years of experience to the table. With that kind of experience its easy to understand what a great asset he is. In his free time Pete loves spending evenings with his family and friends. Pete is a true joker and loves making people laugh.
Duane

Technician

Duane has 24 years of experience and loves working on and developing homes. In his free time he loves fishing and metalworking. Duane is about to be a grandfather to his 17th grandchild!
Jeremy

Technician

Jeremy is a lifelong builder with a deep-rooted passion for construction. Having been in the industry his whole life, he takes pride in shaping projects from the ground up. Among all aspects of his work, painting is his favorite craft, though he’s quick to admit that sanding isn’t his favorite part of the process. Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hunting, where he finds both challenge and peace in nature. Life at home is full and joyful with his family and their four dogs, who keep the household lively and never short of company. Family is an important part of Jeremy’s world, and he treasures the time he spends with his loved ones. Jeremy’s life is built around hard work, love of the outdoors, and the warmth of family. Whether on the job, in the woods, or at home, he approaches life with dedication, purpose, and an appreciation for the simple things that bring happiness.

John M brings a dependable work ethic and strong attention to detail to every project he takes on. He takes pride in delivering quality results and ensuring each task is done right the first time. Known as more of a listener than a talker, John values understanding the needs of each project and letting his work speak for itself. He enjoys seeing jobs come together from start to finish and knowing his craftsmanship will last.
Mikey

Office Cat

Meet Mikey, one of our loyal office cats. Mikey faithfully arrives each morning, waiting for breakfast and keeping a watchful eye on the office. While his sister Missy has found her forever home, Mikey is still very much part of our daily routine. Mikey is more feral in nature, which makes him difficult to catch, but that doesn’t stop us from caring for him. He continues to receive food, shelter, and plenty of attention from afar. Though he prefers his independence, Mikey has become a fixture of our workplace family, and we’re grateful to look after him.
Missy

Office Cat

Meet Missy, one of our sweet former office cats. Missy is a gentle soul—a lover, not a fighter—who absolutely adores belly rubs. Every morning, she used to arrive with her brother Mikey, singing her cheerful little song for breakfast and rolling around in excitement whenever she spotted a familiar face. We’re happy to share that we successfully caught Missy, had her spayed, and she has since been adopted by our CSR, Stephen. Now she’s enjoying life in her forever home, where she continues to thrive on affection and bring joy to everyone around her.
