Meet The Friendly Team at Mr. Handyman of Greater Cincinnati

Kyle has been with Mr. Handyman for over 20 years, starting as a customer service representative and rising to general manager before becoming the owner in 2018. He enjoys golfing and vacationing with his family in his free time.

Mario is a tri-lingual native of Portugal and moved to the United States with his family when he was six years old. He started with Mr. Handyman in November 2017 as a service professional. Mario enjoys spending his free time with his wife, sons, and their 4 dogs.

Marko joined Mr. Handyman in 2025 and is our residential department supervisor. He grew up around construction and learned early on that he loved working with his hands and building things. When not in the office, you will usually find Marko spending time with his wife and kids. A big part of his life is coaching soccer and being around the game.

Ted joined Mr. Handyman in 2025. He has a bachelor's of science degree in finance from the University of Charleston (WV). Ted loves all kinds of music and enjoys spending his free time with his daughter.

Chris D started with Mr. Handyman in 2016 and became a senior field service professional in December 2025. He has over 25 years of experience in restoration and remodeling. Chris is very friendly and enjoys meeting new customers. He spends his free time with his family.

Joan has been a valued part of the Mr. Handyman team since November 2001. When she started, she was a busy mom of three—today, she proudly holds the title of grandmother to six. Joan began her journey in customer service and has since grown into a vital behind-the-scenes role, supporting our Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounts Payable/Receivable departments with dedication and care. Her experience and commitment make her an essential part of our team.

Shellie has worked in customer service for over 15 years. She enjoys reading and gardening. Shellie also likes going to live music concerts and listening to local bands.

A lifelong Cincinnatian, Linda is a dedicated wife and mother of three. She is also a proud grandma to one little bundle of joy. When not busy with family, Linda enjoys getting creative, especially when it comes to Halloween costumes. She also loves to listen/dance/unwind to all kinds of music.

Alison D is one of our facilities customer service representatives.

Sarah joined Mr. Handyman in January 2026. she is a born-and-raised Cincinnatian with 12 years of experience in banking and finance. A proud UC Bearcats alumna, Sarah is a devoted Cincinnati Reds and Bengals fan—a Bearcat at heart who also enjoys Ohio State sports as well. She values time spent with family and friends and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and biking.

Dan began his career with Mr. Handyman in 2005. He has over 20 years of construction experience and is a very strong finish carpenter. Dan enjoys making sure every customer is completely satisfied with the service he performs. When Dan isn’t working he enjoys camping and vacationing with his wife and son.

Jeff A has been working as a handyman for over three decades. He has completed all types of residential and commercial repairs and maintenance. Jeff enjoys playing cards, traveling and spending time with his family.

Greg K has over 25 years of construction and finish carpentry experience. He enjoys outdoor activities, including camping, hiking and kayaking. Greg also likes watching NFL and college football.

Jim C has 15 years of residential and commercial construction experience. He enjoys going to Reds and Bengals games with friends.

Mike K is a native of Cincinnati and a veteran of the US Army. He is a father and a grandfather. Mike enjoys the outdoors and nature and loves to fish.

Dale G is a native of Findlay, Ohio and is the proud papa of three daughters. He is a Jack of All Trades when it comes to home repairs and service. Dale loves nature, especially hiking and long-distance running. Dale enjoys golfing, frisbee golfing and watching soccer on TV, and he is a self-proclaimed foodie who love exploring local one-of-a-kind eateries.

Jason S is a native of eastern Cincinnati. He has 17 years of residential new construction, remodeling & repair. Jason takes pride in doing an excellent job and in customer service. He is a graduate of Wilmington College and played basketball (go Quakers!). Jason loves his God, faith and family. He is a married father of three grown children and has five awesome grandsons. Jason enjoys fishing, golf, boating and camping--basically all outdoor sports and activities.

Chris is part of both our residential and commercial teams. In addition to maintaining our shop, you may see him helping on one of your jobs whether at your home or business. Chris is new to Cincinnati, recently moving from Toledo, OH. After spending most of his life working in manufacturing, he is learning a new trade as a handyman. In his spare time he likes hiking, reading, watching movies, and is a bit of a history buff.

Michael S. is a native of southwest Ohio. He is a four-year veteran of the US Marine Corps and served for two of those four years in Okinawa, Japan. While deployed to the Mediterranean, Michael visited the Sistine Chapel, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and the Vatican. He holds a certification in repair and installation of commercial roll-up doors. Michael spent the last 10 years working in commercial repairs for the USPS. In his free time, he is either working around his home or working around the homes of friends and family. When he does find free time, Michael enjoys traveling and has visited several countries.

Jason M is returning to Mr. Handyman after a brief absence. He enjoys going fishing whenever he can, and he loves spending time in the garden with his plants. Jason is a God-fearing man, and he loves spending time with his wife and children. His strongest skill/favorite trade would either be plumbing or any type of flooring or tile. Jason loves the work he does and lives to serve.

Bryan joined Mr. Handyman in 2025.

David joined Mr. Handyman in January 2026. He is a native of Hamilton, Ohio, and a proud U.S. Navy veteran. While in service, David served as a Mineman and was aboard the first U.S. Navy ship to traverse the river dividing Iraq and Iran since the Gulf War. With a strong passion for electrical projects, David takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Integrity is his top priority, right alongside customer satisfaction. Outside of work, David is a dedicated father of two teenagers. He enjoys spontaneous adventures with his kids—whether that’s a scenic walk, a fishing trip, or a weekend of camping.

Omar joined Mr. Handyman in January 2026. He was born in California and raised from the age of five in the cornfields of Ohio. Omar has 8+ years experience managing rental portfolios and is a certified occupancy specialist for the state of Ohio and a certified home inspector. In his free time, he enjoys going on hikes and doing projects around the house. Omar also spends a few nights a month at Climb Cincy and Cincinnati Table Tennis Club.

Nash joined our staff in 2022. In addition to welcoming visitors, Nash’s talents include begging for treats and offering snuggles (mostly to the people who give him the treats). Nash's favorite things include waiting for delivery drivers, trips to the dog park and junk mail.
