General
  • On a particularly high location, we completed soffit repairs. We cut out the damaged area, relocated the bird’s nest (baby birds had vacated the nest), installed new wood in place and painted.

  • Remove existing railings, remove existing balusters. Re-stain railing tops, bottoms and posts. Install customer-supplied balusters, and reinstall.

Floors, Walls, and Ceilings
  • Replacing laminate flooring throughout the kitchen, dining room, closets, utility room, and hallway. Removal of old flooring down to subfloor and installation of new flooring, removal and reinstallation of trim, quarter round and transition strip.

  • We removed aluminum siding and set aside. Removed wood siding and plywood on side of garage. Removed all nails, inspected studs for damage, then installed new plywood and Tyvek water barrier. We reinstalled the siding & fabricated new corner pieces.

  • We steam cleaned the floor to remove all trapped dirt and oils. Installed self-leveler to fill the gaps in the existing grout. Installed new flooring.

Doors and Windows
  • Customer's existing door frame sustained severe damage. We replaced the wood in the door frame and painted to match existing.

  • Removed and replaced exterior casing for the door and the panel above. Repaired water-damaged sidelight jamb, caulked all joints and seams. Applied two coats of exterior color-match paint to all repaired areas.

Kitchens and Bathrooms

  • We updated the look of the natural wood cabinets--removing, sanding, priming, painting and re-installing. Removed existing counter tops to replace existing kitchen sink with stainless steel drop-in model. Installed new backsplash.

  • We replaced some damaged laminate flooring with customer-supplied materials. We also upgraded the garage stairs for strength, mobility and safety, and we installed a railing as well.

Decks, Patios, and Fences
  • We installed a 14' awning for our customers. Concrete anchors were installed directly into the bricks. Three service professionals were needed to lift and set the awning onto the brackets. Ahhh, relief. #HappyCustomers

  • A recent project had us removing old decking, installing new Timbertex material, and customizing the build with flower boxes and a decorative wall to complete the look.

  • This exterior stairway needed some cosmetic and safety updates. Damaged wood was replaced, and the entire stairway and landing was painted to match existing.

Custom Carpentry
  • Removed and replaced three wood panels and trim above front door & under back bay window and replaced with PVC materials. All replaced trim & panels caulked and prepped for paint. Replaced various pieces of trim board, siding, fascia and soffit.

  • This project involved installation of a small area of crown mold, and the difference it can make even in a small space is astounding.

  • We removed existing wood from around basement entry door. Cut new boards to anchor sides and top of door. Cut to fit treated plywood as new door and installed steel protection panels to cover plywood. Installed latch and lock to door.

  • This chandelier replacement required two technicians, a Little Giant skyscraper ladder, and some temporary scaffolding to swap out the customer's existing hallway fixture for a newer one with a sleeker, more modern design.
