His goal is simple: help busy homeowners protect and improve their most valuable investment — their home. Rob has been married to his wife Missy, a co-owner of the company, for over 40 years. He has two kids and four grandsons he loves spending time with. In his spare time he loves watching his sports teams, bowling duckpins, and playing golf.

His wide skill set covers everything from carpentry and repairs to general maintenance, making him a dependable go-to for a variety of projects. As Director of Operations, Suzanne plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. With a strong eye for detail and an organized approach, she helps streamline day-to-day operations and supports the team in delivering their best work. Outside of work, Suzanne loves spending time with her children, baking, and finding moments to relax.
