A: Stop waiting. Reputable companies don’t work like this and you know how to reach them. Weather happens, and people do get sick, but somebody should have called your mom. If they did not, you know all you need to know about whoever she hired.
Go online and find a company with a solid reputation and they’ll take care of your mom. You can generally trust the word of 100 past customers vs. the ‘guy’ knocking on doors and offering cut rate pricing because he’s already in the neighborhood. This is where trouble starts. The guy seems nice and people don’t check him out.
