Waste Not Want Not is a perishable food rescue organization that on average “rescues” 2,000 lbs. of food daily, 362 days a year. This food is distributed to agencies fighting poverty, homelessness, illiteracy, and ill health. They distribute rescued food to 90 charities serving 6 counties in Northeast Florida.
