Larry Krueger did a fantastic job in our home! He installed bath towel and robe hooks, towel and toilet paper bars, two decorative hooks in other rooms, and hung two large framed bathroom mirrors. Larry is truly a perfectionist—everything was measured and placed with care, and he worked efficiently while making sure to clean up after himself. We also discussed the possibility of hanging a recessed medicine cabinet mirror. Larry went the extra mile to explore whether it could be done, and when it turned out not to be possible, he offered helpful advice. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We really appreciated his attention to detail and honest recommendations. We look forward to having Larry come back for future projects and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work!

Our handyman was very polite, knew how to fix our problem, and was completely professional. We appreciated his work and helping us with something on our roof that we could not reach with our ladders. David was swift, knowledgeable, and a great help!

Based on some of the other reviews I read, my experience was atypical…frustrating nonetheless, but different than most. My first phone call was on a Friday afternoon and regarding a small project at our house. The person who answered the phone was professional and appeared to be knowledgeable and competent. We set up an appointment for first thing on Monday, and all appeared well. This is where everything fell apart and my trust in this company completely eroded. I got a call on Monday and was informed that not only has the scheduled technician fallen ill, they also happen to be short on technicians and she was moving our project to the Snohomish office. Strange. I was assured that the Snohomish office would be contacting me right away, which didn’t happen. After another attempt to get a response and another assurance that it would be forthcoming quickly, I have never heard back from anyone. I’m not happy with how I was treated and misled, and would urge caution to anyone looking at using this company. UPDATE: I was impressed that Mike reached out to me directly which afforded him the opportunity to better explain how Mr. Handyman works, and for me to get my project completed. As pointed out, this office did not complete the work, so my review is based on the professionalism and courtesy I was shown.
