I’m the owner of Mr. Handyman of Canton and Woodstock. I’m a veteran, having served a short stint in the Navy in the mid-’70s. I started the business in the spring of 2020. My wife, Mary Ann, and I have lived in Cherokee County for almost ten (10) years. We both love it here and are actively involved in our community. We have five children, seven grandchildren, five fur-grands, a dog, and two cats ourselves. The kids are scattered from Florida to England. Our hobbies include reading, camping, traveling (to England of course), and scuba diving. If someone asks where my happy place is, I say sixty (60) feet underwater in Roatan! Our desire for our business is to provide quality service to our community, support and develop our employees, and, most importantly, endeavor to glorify God and His son Jesus Christ in all that we do.

Lilly has nearly two decades of customer service and management experience in a variety of industries. Her education, experience, and optimistic approach are welcome additions to our team. She applies her master’s degree in conflict management to reach resolutions when people have different perspectives on the same reality. She believes communication is the key to any great relationship and strives to extend this philosophy to our customers. She believes every job deserves the same level of attention to detail, and her personality allows her to structure tasks accordingly to ensure the best possible results for the team. Her leadership approach derives from the Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu, “A leader is best when people barely know he exists. When his work is done, they will say: We did it ourselves.” Faith, family, and freedom are of the utmost importance to Lilly, and she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling in her spare time. As a valuable addition to our team, Lilly offers effective leadership, proven dependability, a strong work ethic, and the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and dedication.

Christy is a Woodstock native with over twenty years of customer service experience in a variety of settings. She has been with Mr. Handyman for over a year and strives for excellence to ensure customer satisfaction. She cares about each and every customer and is very receptive and empathetic to their needs. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and grandson. She loves to travel and discover new places to explore. She and her husband have set a goal to try and visit as many state parks as possible within their lifetime.

Loves long walks on the beach, swimming, Milk-Bones, having his belly scratched, chasing deer, and fetching his kong! So, if you come to the office (or call the office) and you hear a loud bark, that's Loki saying hello!
