As owner, Dan focuses strongly on ensuring that our Service Professionals and Office Staff are focused on customer satisfaction. With integrity in business practices and clear communication, he has set the example for our team to produce some of the highest ratings in the home improvement industry.

Beth leads up the marketing efforts for Mr. Handyman and also focuses on helping our staff find 'fun in the process' of work life! Creating a family atmosphere among our team is important to her and she strives to ensure that everyone knows they are valued.

Ashley has been a part of the Mr. Handyman family since 2017. She helps with all things marketing and administrative tasks around our office. She keeps us on task and is often finding new ways to connect with people in our community.

Melody is our Customer Service Representative for our "Pro" commercial clients. She handles all new and existing clients, whether you have a small business in need of repairs, or you are a property manager who has needs at various properties in the Lake Norman area. Melody loves spending time with her 2 children and her 4 grandchildren.

Jon has been with us since 2018. He has many years of experience, has proven success at all things 'handyman,' and is always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Jon served in the U.S. Coast Guard and we appreciate his years of service to our country!

Eli has been on our team since 2021 and is an all around handyman excelling at those outdoor projects other people may shy away from. "Here to Help" is the mantra he lives by!

Greg has been with us since 2022, having over 30 years in the maintenance and repair service industry. We're grateful for his ever positive attitude and willingness to tackle any project you may have.

Eric has been with our team since 2024. He is skilled in many areas and enjoys spending time with his family when he is off the clock.

Todd has been with our team since 2024. He enjoys completing his own renovation projects inspired by his wife. Enjoying time with his family is one of his greatest joys.

Rodney has been with us since 2024. He has worked in the mission field for most of his career serving in the US and abroad. His experiences have developed strong maintenance and repair skills. He thoroughly enjoys meeting new people and putting them at ease.
