This commercial retail establishment needed a door closer replaced in their staff room.

Wood Rot Replacement

A leaking window caused rotted siding and the structural components in the wall. We replaced a section of the rim joist, bottom plate and shored up the others. We installed the sheathing and siding, then painted.

Re-Screen of Deck

We were tasked with pressure washing, staining then re-screening this 3-season room. We used a screen track system instead of staples so the screen will go on easy and remain taut.

Wheel Chair Ramp Build in Papillion, NE

We were tasked with building a wheel chair ramp for a customer in need. We added a side stairway so his visitors can access the porch without traversing the full ramp.
Added a hand railing to meet the safety code

This customer did not realize his porch stoop was tall enough to require a guard railing around it and a handrail down the steps.
