Hi! My name is John. I am the owner of Mr. Handyman of Strongsville, Medina and Elyria. I have lived in Grafton for over 10 years. After 35 years in the restaurant industry, I decided to change careers to become an entrepreneur. I looked at several different ventures but ultimately decided on Mr. Handyman. Providing great customer service with a dynamite office staff and knowledgeable qualified service professionals to my community and surrounding areas is my focus. I am a proud father of 2 and grandfather of 3. In my spare time I enjoy golf, gardening and watching by beloved Vikings.

Ingrid is the office manager and not so silent co-owner of Mr. Handyman of Strongsville, Medina and Elyria. In the past Ingrid worked for a large corporation working her way up from manager to Vice President of the restaurant division. After leaving corporate life she joined John in becoming a small business owner. In her spare time Ingrid plays volleyball and coach’s girl's softball. Ingrid enjoys cooking, relaxing at the beach and spending time with family and friends.

Tana has diverse experience in customer service. Her past career in management has helped her prioritize, organize and stay ahead of the game all while building a rapport with our customers. One fun fact about Tana: she hates her picture being taken. Tana hopes to travel the world one day and experience new cultures. In her spare time, Tana enjoys cooking and crafting. Her many creative talents include stained glass, making candles, and painting. Tana hopes to finally finish the blanket she started crocheting last year.

My name is Tank! I'm the official office greeter. I like long walks, chasing butterflies and playing. Whenever anyone comes into the office, I am sure to greet them (as long as they have a treat for me). I’m not real crazy about the UPS, FedEx, mailman or Amazon delivery people but, I still come to work every day. I don't do a lot of work but I have a good time while I am there.
