Easy to schedule an appointment online, with a follow up call from company representative to get a better understanding of the work you need completed and provide an outline of how the service works and fees charged. We needed some interior door frame repaired, along with some additional projects on exterior doors (aligning; weather seal; etc). During my call, I made clear this type of work to ensure the Handyman had the necessary skills/background. I was notified by text and email of Jaime who was coming out. Very professional, friendly, and he has a way with dogs. I normally have to crate my dogs when getting some type of service in house, but not with Jaime. This made things SO MUCH easier to not have to crate the dogs while getting work done. Price was reasonable for the time/amount/skill of work. Easy, friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job! Highly recommend!

Called them up yesterday and within several hrs, Johnny came by, took pictures and told me the price to fix the kitchen draining problem and he clean all the pipes underneath sink and then and unplug the main drain and clear the junk in pipes and all went well, great person , great job.

Ray was exceptional! I had a new microwave to install (purchased from Home Depot and paid for them to install but upon delivery they claimed they couldn't do the installation) plus 2 other smaller jobs. He arrived on time, was neat, completed the jobs in a reasonable time frame, and cleaned up afterwards.

This is the second time I have needed the services of Mr. Handyman of Brandon and, once again, they came through for me. From the moment I spoke with Desiree on the phone, to my contact with Diana, Tony, Pedro and Jamie I was met with courteous, and efficient responses. I had a damaged roof that also affected the upper side of the house. Jamie came by the same day, assessed the situation, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and began work the very next day. His skill and experience on my high pitched roof was impressive. It gives me a great sense of comfort knowing that no matter what my house needs, Mr. Handyman is only a phone call away.

Financing options are available through Enerbank financing, a third-party lender. Mr. Handyman of Brandon Valrico Plant City is not the lender and does not make credit decisions. Financing approval, rates, terms and payment schedules are determined by Enerbank financing and your credit profile. Financing is subject to credit approval. Not all applicants qualify. Terms vary based on creditworthiness. Restrictions may apply.
DONE RIGHT PROMISE
We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.
DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES
Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.
EXCLUSIONS
The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE ABOVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, IT MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
