A native Long Islander who currently lives in Northport, John has always been passionate about home improvement. While he had a very successful career in corporate America, John always dreamed of owning and running his own business. He decided to invest in his community and open a business of his own. Leveraging his experience from leading business operations, marketing and advertising in the telecommunication space, he was able to bring the highly respected Mr. Handyman franchise to Suffolk County. It has been a dream come true. John is finally able to combine his strong business acumen with his love of home improvement and provide the Huntington and Smithtown communities with an unparalleled and exceptional customer experience for consumers and businesses.

With a professional background in loyalty marketing & business development, Anila has always been obsessed with ensuring clients all receive a consistent and exceptional end-to-end customer experience and she brings that passion and enthusiasm to Mr. Handyman of Huntington and Smithtown. Prior to joining the team, she held senior positions at a variety of well-respected organizations including American Express Travel, NYC & Company - NYC’s tourism board, NY Road Runners/NYC Marathon and Cablevision. An entrepreneur, she is also the inventor and owner of Tiny Bites Food Shears, a parent must-have tool for babies and toddlers. She and John live in Northport with their 4 children.

One of the friendly voices you will hear and speak with when you call the Mr. Handyman offices, Alexander is very passionate about ensuring all our customers receive an exemplary customer experience. A former native of Orlando. Alexander used to work at Walt Disney World entertaining and greeting guests. He enjoys putting smiles on people's faces, so if you are lucky to get him on the phone, it will make your day.

With over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial carpentry, Angelo brings craftsmanship, precision, and passion to every project he takes on. Known for his expertise in crown molding and finish trim, he takes pride in the fine details that transform a space from ordinary to exceptional. Whether he’s working on a large-scale renovation or a custom home feature, Angelo approaches each job with care, dedication, and a true love for his craft. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his three kids—going to the beach, watching movies, and making memories together.

With over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial carpentry and construction, Chuck brings exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail to every project. Whether it’s a large-scale renovation or a simple home repair, he approaches each job with the same care and dedication he would give his own home. Outside of work, Chuck enjoys spending time outdoors—boogie boarding out east, fishing, and riding motocross. He and his wife make their home in Bohemia.

Greg is our lead service professional and a highly skilled carpenter with more than 15 years of hands-on experience in all areas of home improvement. From framing and structural work to detailed finish carpentry, Greg brings craftsmanship, precision, and pride to everything he does. He enjoys the variety that comes with his work—tackling projects of all sizes, including kitchen and bath remodels, decks, flooring, doors, drywall repair, and custom trim. Known for his friendly demeanor and meticulous attention to detail, Greg takes great satisfaction in helping homeowners bring their vision to life. When he’s not on the job, you’ll likely find him outdoors enjoying a round of golf or spending time on the water. Greg lives in Blue Point.

Jason is a highly skilled 5th-generation master carpenter with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of home improvement and new construction throughout New York City and Long Island. Known for his craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ability to handle projects of any size, Jason brings both expertise and passion to every job he takes on. When he’s not working, Jason enjoys spending time on the water as a deep-sea fishing enthusiast. At home, he and his wife keep busy raising their eight children.

Jim brings more than 20 years of experience in residential and commercial carpentry and construction to every project he takes on. Jim takes great pride in his work, approaching every project with the same care and attention to detail that he would put into his own home. Outside of work, Jim is an avid outdoorsman who loves spending time with his five children. Whether they’re fishing, four-wheeling on the beach, or just enjoying the outdoors together, family time is what he values most. Jim lives in Ronkonkoma, where he continues to balance his passion for building with his love for the outdoors and family life.

With more than 30 years of professional carpentry experience, Pat has honed his skills across every aspect of residential and commercial repair and construction. As a highly talented finish carpenter, he brings precision, attention to detail, and a true passion for his craft to every project he undertakes. Pat takes pride in delivering quality workmanship that not only meets but exceeds client expectations, whether it’s a small repair or a large-scale renovation. When he’s not working, Pat enjoys indulging in his love of classic cars and cheering on his lifelong favorite teams, the New York Giants and New York Islanders. He lives in Medford.

Griff is a hard working and passionate college student who has worked with Mr. Handyman the last 2 years assisting our talented service professionals on a variety of jobs and projects. He is a Sport Management major at SUNY Cortland who loves basketball, golf, poker and working out in his spare time. He lives with his family in Northport.
